What: Call for Judges - The STC Chicago 2010-2011 Competition begins in a few short weeks and we are inviting members and non-members alike to participate in this year’s judging experience. Who: You - Chapter members and non-members, experienced technical communicators interested in the experience of judging.
When: November – December, 2010
Where: Off-site, in your home, at work, you can be creative as long as you use care with the
entries. Winning entries advance to the International competition.
Why:
Gain insight and experience in what others are doing in the industry. Look at something besides your own work. Explore the standards and ideas of other technical communicators. Get ideas about how you can change the look of your product. Work with a team to see how others interpret and view the same entry.
