Committee managers are encouraged to participate on the administrative council, discussing chapter business and making recommendations, but per our chapter bylaws, only the five elected officers are authorized to vote on final decisions. If you would like to become more involved in the chapter, now is the time to consider volunteering for a committee or for an officer's position. The secretary's position is ideal for newer members, and if you have accounting experience, you may be interested in the treasurer's position.
